Mozart als Unternehmer im Fokus von Leitbetriebe Austria

  • Discussion addressed synergies between Business and Culture.
  • 15 companies welcomed into the network of Leitbetriebe Austria.
  • Managers got to know Mozart as a businessman.

Vienna (LCG) – „Austria is a nation known for its culture where the economy profits from cultural tradition and the present. That is why we need more culture in business to be successful“, greeted the Managing Director of Leitbetriebe Austria in her opening speech on Thursday evening on the occasion of the awarding of certificates to 15 exemplary SMEs in the Mozarthaus in Vienna.
This was a reference from Ms Rintersbacher not only to the influence of cultural and social responsibility on share prices as it is practiced in reality in the United States.
„Company culture shapes society. Payment history and risk management are cultural business factors that anchor companies in people’s minds when they have dealings with them“, reported the Managing Director of IS Inkasso, Christian Kren from experience. The same goes for Employer Branding in the struggle for the best employees where fair behaviour when dealing with suppliers and partners plays an important role.“
