About XING E-Recruiting – part of NEW WORK SE

XING E-Recruiting is the leading provider of digital recruiting and employer branding in the DACH region. In times of digitalisation and skills shortages, XING E-Recruiting offers up-to-date solutions and consulting for all relevant recruiting disciplines and employer branding to help companies find the best talent.

NEW WORK SE is committed to creating a more fulfilling world of work with its brands, services and products, thus writing the next chapter in the XING SE success story. Founded as the professional network openBC by Lars Hinrichs, the company was renamed XING in 2006 and NEW WORK SE in 2019. This means that the company’s name also reflects its firm commitment to a better world of work – New Work is the visible bracket of all the company’s activities. The company has been listed on the stock exchange since 2006. NEW WORK SE acts as a central management and control holding company and serves as a service department for the subsidiary companies. The company has its headquarters in Hamburg and also employs its total of around 1,900 staff at other locations from Munich to Vienna to Porto.

Products and services

XING E-Recruiting combines five digital recruiting tools for effective and targeted candidate searches – which can be used individually or in combination: find and approach candidates directly, initially pre-record and collect talent. Reach candidates specifically via job advertisements, even those who are not yet looking, use recommendations from your own employees and last but not least: present your own company as an attractive employer.

In recent years, Vienna has developed into the second largest location within New Work SE. Around 300 employees work here at the subsidiaries XING, XING E-Recruiting, kununu, Prescreen and Honeypot.
