In addition to its headquarters in Vienna, Aktuell currently operates offices in Graz, Linz and Klagenfurt and offers optimal insurance- and risk management for businesses, regardless of size and complexity.
Aktuell’s customer spectrum ranges from the SME conducting business locally all the way to industrial companies with international ties.
Products and services
At the center of Aktuell’s services lies the benefit to the customers. The consulting services begin with the identification and assessment of potential risks related to all business or private activities. All existing insurance contracts are scrutinized. Together with the respective insurers, improvement options are evaluated and loss prevention measures are analyzed for the future.
The risk profile created together with you through intensive dialogue forms the basis for the tailored structuring of the overall insurance and pension portfolios. The most suitable insurer is selected for each project and the best possible terms & conditions as well as coverage is provided.
Through these measures, as well as the regulation of risk transfer to insurers and reinsurers, one can achieve significant advantages for the customer.
Long -term customer care is of special concern to Aktuell. Primarily, of course, is the representation of the costumer’s interests in the event of damage, as well as the hassle-free settlement with the insurers. Systematic informing of the customers but also the ongoing communication with the insurers is of utmost importance. Clients can reap the benefits through ongoing risk monitoring and continuous review and maintenance of existing insurance contracts.
